Property Management

While on vacation, take time to enjoy your investment instead of tending to menial household tasks. Let myself, a full time resident, keep track of your property and all the routine tasks associated with vacation homes. I am ready and willing to make your time in Grand County more comfortable and less stressful. 

I have a flexible schedule and will work with you to determine the best day to come by your property.  I keep detailed logs of all activity as I care for your residence. These logs can be automatically emailed to you and stored within a user searchable database for your records.

Routine Tasks

Check circuit breaker for any trips.

Inspect house and check for obvious leaks in roof, water heater, and pipes in kitchen and bathrooms.

Affirm house security: all doors and windows are closed and locked, garages locked and blinds closed.

Leave lights on or off per the owners’ request.

*

Check for signs of intrusion, rentor damage or theft and notify owner if suspected.

*

Ensure plowing, shoveling, and roof clearing is performed by contractor. Notify owner if those tasks are not fulfilled.

*

If applicable, check proper PH and chemical balance in hot tubs.

* Document any potential problems with digital pictures and email to owner.
