We have been clients of Bob's for about 2 years and during this period he has exceeded our exceptions in every way! We have had problems in the past with several other companies actually doing what they were contracted to do. This is a second home for us, and we needed the peace of mind that comes with an extra pair of eyes. Bob not only would go and check the house on a regular basis, but if there was a large storm he would take digital pictures to make sure that we were getting billed properly from the roof and snow removal company.
