Hi, I’m Bob, and I grew up in Fairport NY, a town outside of Rochester, NY.  I went to a highly ranked university south of Rochester, NY: SUNY Geneseo, graduating with a degree in Business Administration in 2004.  After traveling the previous summer I decided I wanted to move west.  A college friend lived in Boulder and I decided that it would be a nice place to go.  While staying in Boulder, I visited another college friend in Winter Park and fell in love. 

I decided to move to Winter Park and got a job working at Mountain Timber Furnishings.  I’ve lived and worked in the Fraser Valley full time since mid 2005.  I quickly saw the potential of this growing town and started saving money to hopefully buy my own place.  In June of 2007, I finally bought a condo in Fraser.  So here I am living with my dog Boozer and roommate enjoying the endless outdoor activities that our town has to offer.
